Description

If you're not a fan of spiciness, you can reduce the amount of smoked paprika to 0.5–1 tablespoon. The spiciness of smoked paprika depends on its natural quality. Natural paprika is spicier.

  • Chickpea - 13.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ground Cumin - 3 tablespoons
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked salt - 1½ tablespoons
  • Tahini - 4½ g
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender (except for whole cumin) and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Garnish the finished dish with whole cumin seeds.

Step 3
