  • Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon

In a bowl, mix the seeds, vegetable oil, salt, and ground chili.

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Spread the seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-20 minutes until golden brown. The seeds may start to pop - this is a good sign. About 5 minutes before they are done, sprinkle the seeds with garlic and stir.
