Spinach and Artichoke Sandwich

Ingredients

  • White bread - 8 slices
  • Spinach - 8.8 oz
  • Artichoke bottoms - 5.3 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Natural Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the butter over low heat and sauté the spinach until cooked. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2

Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread. Cut the artichokes into small pieces. Tear the cheese into strands. Mix the spinach, artichokes, yogurt, cheese, salt, and pepper. Place everything on the bread.

Step 3

Heat the butter in a pan and fry on both sides. Serve hot.
