- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Boil the spinach, squeeze out the water, pass it through a meat grinder, mix with lemon juice and zest, beat in the eggs, add sugar, and beat well.
Step 2
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water, drain, and rinse the noodles with cold water. Then mix the noodles with the spinach, add the butter, flatten it out, and bake. Serve with cream.
