- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Wash and dry the spinach (if necessary).
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the spinach in a single layer. Use only heavy-duty parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Regular baking paper or foil will not work, and the chips will be difficult to remove.
Step 4
Season with salt (don't overdo it), pepper, dried herbs, and garlic powder to taste.
Step 5
Bake for 7–8 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully detach the finished chips from the parchment and serve immediately.
