Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 2½ cans
- Sugar - 1½ glasses
- Condensed Milk - ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough: mix the eggs, one cup of sour cream, one cup of sugar, sweetened condensed milk, baking powder, and two cups of flour.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 2 parts, adding cocoa powder to the larger portion (to taste and preference). Bake a round white cake in a mold and a chocolate cake on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Cream: mix 1.5 cups of sour cream with 0.5 cups of sugar and whip until combined.
Step 4
Glaze: Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar with 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder. Add softened butter, then 4 tablespoons of water or milk, bring to a boil, and let cool.
Step 5
Cut the brown sponge into triangular pieces, dip them in the cream, and arrange them randomly on the white sponge, then drizzle with cooled glaze.
