Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 4.6 oz
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Walnuts - 4.6 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the batter, beat the butter (100 g) with sugar, adding the eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and the baking soda, then beat again. Gradually add the flour and mix well. The batter should have a consistency similar to medium sour cream.
Step 2
Divide the batter into 2 parts. Bake 2 layers for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven. The batter will not rise too much, about 1/3. Allow the layers to cool completely.
Step 3
For the cream, beat the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the condensed milk.
Step 4
Pass the walnuts and peeled apples through a meat grinder.
Step 5
When the layers have cooled, cut them in half. The bottom part should remain 1-1.5 cm thick, and crumble the top halves of the two sponge cakes. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the crumbs for dusting the sides of the cake.
Step 6
Now assemble the cake: spread cream on the sponge layer, add the apple-nut filling, and sprinkle half of the sponge crumbs on top. Repeat once more.
Step 7
The top will have a layer of crumbs, which you can drizzle with chocolate glaze or sprinkle with grated chocolate. Let it soak overnight. The cake turns out very tender and delicious. Enjoy your cooking!
