Description
This recipe is very simple and quick — a cake for all occasions! It never fails to impress — tested multiple times! All ingredients for the layers are in a 1 to 1 ratio. If you want a larger portion, just multiply everything by the desired coefficient.
Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream - 24 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Strawberry - 17.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Bananas - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In 720 ml of sour cream, add baking soda and mix (the sour cream will rise due to the baking soda).
Step 2
Beat the egg with 200 g of sugar.
Step 3
Combine the egg and sugar mixture with the sour cream and baking soda.
Step 4
Add the flour to the resulting mixture and mix well with a mixer.
Step 5
Divide the mixture into 2 layers, bake each in the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
While the layers are baking, prepare the cream: mix sour cream and powdered sugar (to taste), slice the strawberries and bananas (into rounds).
Step 7
Generously spread cream on both sides of each baked layer. You can make cuts on the layers with a spoon for better soaking. The key to this cake's success is to let it soak well!
Step 8
Place the sliced bananas between the layers, add strawberries on top for decoration, let cool and soak.
