- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Wheat Flour - 8 tablespoons
- Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons

Beat the eggs with the butter.

Add the condensed milk and beat.
Step 3
Add the flour one tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition.
Step 4
Finally, add the baking soda that has been neutralized with vinegar and beat for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter. Pour in the batter and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Bake for 30 minutes.
