- Walnuts - 0.9 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until frothy, gradually add 20 g of sugar, then incorporate the yolk and flour, mix gently, and bake in a mold or on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Make a puree from the dried apricots and 40 g of sugar, cool it down, and mix it with the mashed liver.
Step 3
Cut the cooled sponge cake into 3 layers, spread apricot puree between the layers, stack them together, and top with finely chopped toasted nuts.
