Ingredients

  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Starch film - 1.2 oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz
  • Water - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease the baking pan with butter.

Step 2

Place the eggs in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is thick and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 3

Sift the flour and starch into another bowl. Add the egg mixture and mix gently. Melt the butter. Pour it and the water into the mixture and stir. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, take out of the pan, place on a rack, and let cool. Once the sponge cake has cooled, cut it into 15 pieces.
