Ingredients
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - ⅓ teaspoon
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Sift the flour and dry milk into a separate bowl.
Step 3
Gently combine the flour mixture and the egg mixture.
Step 4
Also gently add the baking soda (with 9% vinegar).
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with butter and pour the batter onto it (the baking sheet should be large, the one that comes with the oven).
Step 6
Bake at 428°F for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the batter and take it off the baking sheet while still hot, immediately spread with a filling (jam, cream, peanut butter, chocolate, Nutella). Then roll it up immediately.
Step 8
Wait for it to cool slightly, and serve.
