Ingredients
- Peanut Sprouts - 24.7 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 2 lbs
- Water - 1 qt
- Raisins - 13.4 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine sunflower sprouts, 1 cup of raisins, and water. Blend well. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
In the blender, combine peanut sprouts, the remaining raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend well.
Step 3
Mix everything in the bowl.
Step 4
Spread in a thin layer on a dehydrator at 104°F for 4-6 hours.
