Sprout Snacks with Raisins

Ingredients

  • Peanut Sprouts - 24.7 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 2 lbs
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Raisins - 13.4 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine sunflower sprouts, 1 cup of raisins, and water. Blend well. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

In the blender, combine peanut sprouts, the remaining raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend well.

Step 3

Mix everything in the bowl.

Step 4

Spread in a thin layer on a dehydrator at 104°F for 4-6 hours.
