- Onion - 1 head
- Squid - 2 pieces
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon

- Adjika - 1 teaspoon

- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Rinse the squids, clean them, and cut into strips.

In a skillet, bring soy sauce and water to a boil in a 1:1 ratio. Add the squids to the skillet and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then remove the squids, sprinkle with starch, and fry in vegetable oil.
