Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 head
  • Squid - 2 pieces
  • Starch film - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Adjika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pickled garlic - to taste
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the squids, clean them, and cut into strips.

Step 2

In a skillet, bring soy sauce and water to a boil in a 1:1 ratio. Add the squids to the skillet and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then remove the squids, sprinkle with starch, and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Step 4

Cut the pickled ginger into strips.

Step 5

Combine the squids with the onion and ginger. Add adjika.

Step 6

Beat the egg with milk and cook an omelette. Add it to the salad and mix.
