Ingredients
- Steaks - 28.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 12 pieces
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
- Onion - 2 heads
- Avocado - 4 pieces
- Cilantro - 8 sprigs
- Lecho - 2 cans
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into 4 wedges. Sauté in a pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Sear the steak on both sides over high heat, then finish cooking in the oven (the time will depend on the thickness of the meat). It's better to choose two thinner steaks for quicker cooking.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter until golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and, after 1-2 minutes, incorporate the lecho and heat through. Create three "nests" in the mixture, crack the eggs into them, season with salt and pepper, and cook on low heat.
Step 4
Slice the steak and place it in the skillet, then top it with avocado. Serve with bread and herbs.
