Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese, combine it with the beaten eggs and salt, and finally mix in the flour.

Step 2

Prepare a container in the steamer (optionally grease with oil).

Step 3

Prepare a container with water for moistening your hands.

Step 4

Form small patties from the cheese mixture and slightly flatten them, place them in the container, and leave over boiling water for 20 minutes. Afterward, remove the container from the pot (steamer), let it cool slightly (the pancakes may seem undercooked as they will be very soft), after about 5-10 minutes they can be served, the shape will hold. Serve with your favorite topping — sour cream, cherry jam, etc.
