Ingredients
- Scallions - 6 stalks
- French Baguette - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Chives - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the ends off the baguette in advance. Slice the baguette into thin pieces about 1 cm thick and let them dry out.
Step 2
Place the pieces of baguette in a square (25 cm) baking dish.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the green onions, finely chopped mozzarella, parmesan, grated cheddar, sour cream, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Spread the mixture over the bread and smooth it out. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Remove the plastic wrap and bake the strata for about 30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve on plates.
