- Strawberry - 36 pieces
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 9.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 6 oz
Step by Step guide

Break the chocolate and chop it in a food processor until it resembles crumbs.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Rinse the strawberries well, keeping the green stems intact, and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
Step 4
In a metal bowl, place the chocolate chips and set over a double boiler. Melt, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. In another bowl, pour in the chocolate crumbs.
Step 5
Take one berry by the green stem and dip it two-thirds into the melted chocolate, then into the crumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the same with the remaining berries. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1 hour until the chocolate hardens.
