Ingredients
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 12.3 oz
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz

Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the chopped chocolate and butter. Place over a double boiler and melt, stirring until smooth. You can also melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Rinse the strawberries and dry them well (it is very important that the berries are dry!).
Step 4
Holding by the stems, dip each berry in the chocolate and place on the baking sheet. Leave until set.
