- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 7.1 oz
- White Chocolate - 14.1 oz

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse the strawberries well and dry them (it's very important that the berries are dry!).
Step 2
Place the mini dark chocolate chips on a plate.
Step 3
In a bowl, add the chopped chocolate and melt it in a water bath until smooth, stirring.
Step 4
Holding the stems, dip the strawberries in the white chocolate, then roll them in the chocolate chips, pressing lightly.
Step 5
Place the berries on the baking sheet and let them set.
