- Raw cane sugar - 2.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4.4 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Wash the strawberries, dry them, and carefully remove the green stems. If the berries are large, cut them in half.
Step 2
Place the strawberries in a large glass bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Shake gently to mix. Let sit for 2 hours. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the strawberries, shake lightly again, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
