  • Strawberry - 26.5 oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 2.1 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 4.4 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the strawberries, dry them, and carefully remove the green stems. If the berries are large, cut them in half.

Step 2

Place the strawberries in a large glass bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Shake gently to mix. Let sit for 2 hours. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the strawberries, shake lightly again, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Carefully transfer the berries to shallow glasses, drizzle with syrup, and top with whipped mascarpone.
