Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese - 8.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1½ teaspoons
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Mint Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Trim the bottoms of each strawberry so they can stand upright on a plate. Then cut the tops of each strawberry, making a V-shaped incision.
Step 3
Transfer the chilled cream into a piping bag and decorate the strawberries with the cream on top.
Step 4
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
