Strawberry Airy Dessert

Ingredients

  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz
  • Fruit Jelly - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Strawberry - to taste
  • Water - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in cold water (50 ml) and let it sit for 10 minutes. After that, heat the gelatin over low heat until it dissolves, but do not boil.

Step 2

Mix the jelly with sugar and dilute it with 150 ml of boiling water.

Step 3

Combine the jelly and gelatin and let it cool.

Step 4

Whip the cooled mixture with a mixer or blender for about 15–20 minutes. The mixture will gradually turn into an airy foam.

Step 5

You can place pieces of fresh strawberries at the bottom of serving dishes. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate. After 1 hour, it will be ready to serve.
