- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
- "Jubilee Cookies" - 7.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Canned Peaches - 1 can
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies with the butter and cocoa powder into a uniform mass. Place it at the bottom of a 24 cm diameter springform pan. Create small edges on the sides. Press firmly with your hands, smoothing the surface. Put the pan in the refrigerator while preparing the cream.
Step 2
Beat the mascarpone cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream with a mixer. Gradually add the eggs while stirring constantly. Then, gradually add the sugar and vanilla.
Step 3
Wrap the bottom of the pan with 2 layers of foil. Place it in a deep baking tray. Pour the cheese mixture into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 320°F. Pour boiling water into the baking tray and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and let the cheesecake cool for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the juice from the can, let the strawberries dry thoroughly, and carefully place them on the cheesecake. Then, refrigerate it overnight.
