- Unleavened dough - 28.2 oz
- Chili jam - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the dough in a mold with a thickness of 1–1.5 cm. Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Cut the apple in half and remove the core, then slice it thinly and arrange it in a thin layer on the dough. Sprinkle the apple with sugar. Next, spread the strawberry jam and decorate the top with thin strips of dough.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F. Five minutes before it's done, increase the temperature to 392°F. Once ready, brush the pie with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
