Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Sour Cream - 2 cans
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 1 glass
- Strawberry - 31.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the yolks with sugar, then add the sour cream and melted butter. Mix with a mixer. Add flour combined with baking soda. Mix again.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the batter.
Step 3
Grease a springform pan with oil, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180–374°F for about 40 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and let them sit for about half an hour to release their juices.
Step 5
Remove the base and carefully cut it into two layers.
Step 6
Soak each layer with strawberry juice.
Step 7
Arrange the strawberries on the bottom layer. Cut the larger berries in half.
Step 8
Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar and pour the resulting cream over the strawberries.
Step 9
Cover with the second cake layer, then spread the remaining sour cream and powdered sugar on top. Decorate with berries. Let it soak for an hour or two (preferably in the refrigerator).
