- Strawberry - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Wash, clean, and halve the strawberries.
Step 3
Grease four baking molds with fat.
Step 4
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add a little salt to the whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Beat the yolks with sugar until thick, then gently fold in the beaten whites.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the berries in the molds, spread the egg cream on top, and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 6
When serving, sprinkle the casseroles with chopped almonds and powdered sugar.
