- Cookie - 2.1 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.1 oz
- Strawberry - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a blender, crush the cookies until they reach a crumbly texture.
Step 3
Add the melted butter to the crumbs and mix well.
Step 4
Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half.
Step 5
Place the strawberries in the blender bowl, add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, and powdered sugar.
Step 6
Blend everything together until smooth.
Step 7
Scoop the mixture into the ice cream molds, leaving about 1.5 cm from the edge.
Step 8
Spread the cookie mixture on top, pressing it down slightly.
Step 9
Insert sticks into the ice cream and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Step 10
Serve the cheesecake ice cream on a hot summer day.
