- Cream 22% - 0.4 cups
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Brown Sugar - 0.3 cups
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Dry yeast - 5¼ teaspoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the cream. Mix the flour, sugar, and a little salt. Add the yeast and let it dissolve. Combine the mixture with the flour, mix thoroughly, and add the eggs. Knead the dough and let it rest for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
Cut the strawberries into small cubes. Chop the chocolate coarsely.
Step 3
Knead the dough again and roll it out on a floured surface. Brush with a little melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then add the chocolate and strawberries. Roll into a log and cut into snail shapes (4–5 cm).
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the rolls cut side up. Let them rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Whip the sour cream with the powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the surface of the rolls and let them cool.
