Description
Instead of Baileys liqueur, you can use any cream liqueur.
Ingredients
- Ladyfinger Cookies - 3.5 oz
- Strawberry - 3.5 oz
- Pistachios - 0.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.1 oz
- Baileys Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies and pistachios in a food processor or with a wooden pestle.
Step 2
Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
Step 3
Whisk the egg yolk with sugar until pale, then fold in the mascarpone and liqueur. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and fold it into the cream.
Step 4
In dessert cups, add the pistachios and mascarpone cream. Repeat to create a second layer.
Step 5
Sprinkle cocoa or grated chocolate on top, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in the refrigerator for 10–12 hours.
