Ingredients
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- 1% Kefir - 6.3 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.8 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in milk. After it swells, heat until dissolved. Add the vanilla extract (you can also add seeds from the pod). Mix the milk with the cottage cheese and honey.
Step 2
Mash the strawberries with a fork, and slightly chop the nuts.
Step 3
In a wide glass (or you can use small jars of about 250–300 g), layer: strawberry puree — cottage cheese and milk mixture — strawberries — cashews — cottage cheese and milk mixture.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator. It will not have a jelly-like consistency but will be more like a pudding. Once the dessert is ready, take it out of the refrigerator, sprinkle with cashews, and garnish with blueberries and mint.
