Strawberry-filled cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 5.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ¼ spoons
  • Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ¼ spoons
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Milk - 2 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt - to taste
  • Strawberry - 5.3 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 spoons
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, first cream the room temperature butter and sugar, then add the egg and mix well. Add vanilla extract to the milk and pour it into the butter mixture (if you have vanilla powder or vanilla sugar, add it to the flour mixture). Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Step 2

Spread the dough into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 18 to 22 minutes.

Step 3

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the strawberry puree: blend the strawberries with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.

Step 4

Let the finished cupcakes cool for 20–30 minutes on a wire rack, then make small indentations in them. Fill a pastry bag with strawberry puree and use a wide tip to distribute the filling into all the cupcakes.

Step 5

Cupcakes can be decorated as you wish. For example, I love to make frosting with mascarpone cheese mixed with powdered sugar. You can also add strawberry syrup made by blending the berries in a blender.
