Description

Ingredients
- Strawberry - 2 lbs
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring 100 ml of water with sugar to a boil and cook until all the sugar has dissolved. Let the resulting syrup cool.
Step 2
Slice the strawberries in half. Pour over with syrup and red semi-sweet wine.
Step 3
Transfer the strawberries in syrup to a container and place it in the freezer. After three hours, take it out and use a fork to break up the hardened mixture into icy crumbs. Repeat this process a few times at one-hour intervals, until the mixture turns into a uniform icy crumb.
Step 4
Distribute the prepared granita into glasses and serve.
