- Strawberry - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon

In a bowl, mix the strawberries and sugar. Place over a water bath for about 30 minutes until the juice is released from the strawberries. Strain through a sieve without pressing on the berries to keep the syrup clear.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the water and gelatin. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the gelatin with the warm syrup and stir until fully dissolved. Strain.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into molds and place in the refrigerator for about 2.5 hours until fully set.
