  • Strawberry - 31.7 oz
  • Cookie - 14.1 oz
  • Gelatin - 0.7 oz
  • Water - 1 fl oz
  • Butter - 4.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and pour it into the crumbs. This mixture should hold its shape well. You can check by rolling it into a ball (it should not crumble).

Step 2

Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the crumb mixture evenly in the pan. You can bake it slightly in the oven or leave it in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes.

Step 3

For the strawberry jelly, soak 20 grams of gelatin in water. Add a little sugar to the strawberries. Wait until they start to release juice. Pour the strawberry juice into a saucepan and add the swollen gelatin. Cook over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.

Step 4

Pour all the juice into the strawberry pulp. Let it cool slightly. Pour the strawberries into the pan with the base. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
