- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Vinegar essence - ½ ml
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Strawberry - 28.2 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the batter, beat the eggs, add the condensed milk, and mix well. Melt the butter and pour it into the egg and condensed milk mixture. Then gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Next, extinguish the baking soda with vinegar and pour it into the batter. Mix well.
Step 2
Mix the sugar and strawberries, place them in a pot, and keep on low heat for about 10 minutes until the strawberries release their juice.
Step 3
Next, divide the batter into two parts. Pour the smaller part into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Then add the strawberries along with the juice. Pour the remaining batter over the strawberries. Place in a preheated oven and bake until done (it took me 40 minutes) at a temperature of 356°F.
