Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 31.7 oz
  • Cream - 3¼ cups
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar - ⅓ g
  • Cookie - 25 pieces
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and slice the strawberries.

Step 2

Using a hand mixer, whip 3 cups of cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanillin, and whip until smooth. Spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom of a dish. Place 6 cookies on top. Then add another layer of cream followed by strawberries. Repeat these layers three times, finishing with a layer of cream.

Step 3

For the glaze, bring the remaining cream to a boil and add the chocolate. Once the cream has boiled, turn off the heat and quickly whip until smooth, ensuring the chocolate is completely melted. The glaze should be thick and shiny. Drizzle the glaze over the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the cookies to soften completely.

Step 4

Serve with fresh berries.
