Ingredients

  • Milk - ½ glasses
  • Vegetable Oil - ¼ glasses
  • Large eggs - 1 piece
  • Salt - ½ spoons
  • Baking Powder - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - ½ glasses
  • Wheat Flour - 1¾ glasses
  • Strawberry - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter or place a paper liner in each cup.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the baking powder, sugar, and flour.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and vegetable oil.

Step 4

Combine both mixtures and stir well.

Step 5

Add 1 cup of chopped strawberries and gently mix, being careful not to crush the berries.

Step 6

Fill the molds two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, checking with a toothpick.

Step 7
