Ingredients
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.6 oz
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
- Citric Acid - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Puree the strawberries through a sieve and place them in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Pour hot water over the remaining mass in the sieve, boil for 5 minutes, and strain.
Step 3
Add sugar and soaked gelatin to the broth, stirring, and heat to boiling.
Step 4
Combine with the puree juice, cool to 86°F, and whip until a homogeneous mass forms.
Step 5
Pour into molds and let set in the refrigerator. Serve drizzled with syrup.
Step 6
For the syrup, mash the berries, pour with hot water, and boil for 5 minutes, strain, add sugar, and bring to a boil (ingredients: strawberries - 50 g; sugar - 100 g; water - 150 ml).
