Description
Strawberry panna cotta
Ingredients
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Yogurt powder - 7 fl oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a bowl of ice-cold water for five minutes. In a saucepan, heat the cream and milk, then add the sugar, the contents of the vanilla pod, and the pod itself. Stir the mixture and cook until the sugar dissolves. Remove the emptied vanilla pod.
Step 2
Whisk together the yogurt with the hot cream and milk mixture. Squeeze the excess water from the gelatin and incorporate it into the yogurt, milk, and cream mixture.
Step 3
Divide the mixture among four molds and place them in the refrigerator for five hours.
Step 4
Cut the strawberries in half and mix them with balsamic vinegar. Allow to marinate for one hour.
Step 5
Dip the finished panna cotta in the molds into boiling water for a few seconds to help it release easily from the mold, and serve with strawberries drizzled with a marinade.
