Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 266°F.
Step 2
Beat the egg and sugar until a white mass forms. Then add the sour cream, melted butter, and baking soda. Whisk thoroughly while gradually adding the flour.
Step 3
Grease the pie dish with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Pour half of the batter into the dish. Evenly place the strawberries on top. Pour the remaining batter over the strawberries.
Step 5
Bake on low heat for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and one teaspoon of butter over low heat. Cover the pie with the melted mixture and let it cool.
Step 7
Once the pie cools and the chocolate glaze hardens, decorate the pie with halved strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
