Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1½ g
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter together with 150 grams of sugar and 3 eggs. Add vanilla, baking powder, and flour, continuing to beat the mixture. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan and smooth it out. Chop the strawberries slightly (I cut them into quarters) and place them on top of the batter, gently pressing them in.
Step 2
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by simply whisking together the remaining sugar, milk, and egg.
Step 3
After 30 minutes, take the pie out of the oven, pour the filling over it, and return it to the oven for another 25 minutes.
