Ingredients
- Strawberry - 2 lbs
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 4 fl oz
- Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut a quarter of the most beautiful strawberries in half or into quarters.
Step 3
Add sugar to the sliced strawberries.
Step 4
Mix with a tablespoon of lemon juice and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 5
Place the remaining strawberries in the blender bowl.
Step 6
Add lemon and orange juice.
Step 7
Add honey, blend, and if you prefer it sweeter, add more honey. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Step 8
Before serving, mix the juice that has accumulated in the bowl with the sliced strawberries into the soup.
Step 9
Pour into plates and top with pieces of strawberries.
Step 10
Garnish with mint.
