Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 3 spoons
- Strawberry - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Sour Cream - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar (0.6 cups) together.

Then add 2 eggs (at room temperature) and milk.

Continue whisking for one minute.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter and egg mixture.

Mix with a wooden spatula.

Slice the strawberries arbitrarily (halving them is preferable).

In a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg with 0.4 cups of sugar, then add sour cream.

Grease the baking dish with olive oil.

Spread the dough and place the strawberries on top, pressing them gently into the dough.

Drizzle the strawberries with sour cream sauce.

Bake for 35 minutes at 356°F.
