- Almond - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, beat 100 grams of butter, 125 grams of powdered sugar, and 2 eggs, then add 250 grams of flour and mix thoroughly by hand. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 2
For the cream, beat 100 grams of butter with 100 grams of powdered sugar and 2 eggs, then add 10 grams of flour and almond flour. Mix well. Refrigerate the cream.
Step 3
Distribute the dough into tartlet molds and top with the cream.
Step 4
Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Top the cooled tartlets with strawberries.
