Description
You can cut the strawberries for decorating the top of the dessert into heart shapes. To do this, cut the strawberries in half, then cut a triangle from the rounded edge to make it look like a heart.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 12 oz
- Muscat Wine - 7 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 6 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - ¾ cup
- Raspberry leaves - 12.7 oz
- Water - ¾ cup
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Instant coffee - 2½ teaspoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.1 oz
- Ladyfinger Cookies - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a food processor, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and 5 tablespoons of wine until smooth. Then fold in the sour cream. Slice half of the strawberries into thin slices and cut the other half in half.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil and mix with the sugar and instant coffee until dissolved. Add the remaining wine.
Step 3
Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture and arrange them in an even layer in a 20x20 cm square glass dish.
Step 4
Then spread 0.6 of the cheese mixture over the cookies and smooth it out. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly on top. Next, add another layer of ladyfingers soaked in the coffee mixture, followed by the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and decorate with halved strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
