Strawberry Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
- Strawberry - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Milk - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems, and cut large berries into quarters and small ones in half.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then mix in the canola oil (I used refined sunflower oil). Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder, a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, and mix until you achieve a smooth batter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and smooth the top. Evenly distribute the strawberries on top. Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cake from the oven. Let it cool. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
