Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Milk - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Ham - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the sugar and yeast in warmed milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese, milk, and oil, then add the flour and knead a soft dough. Leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the ham into small cubes, and mix them together.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece with your fingers into a thin round. Place the filling inside and pinch to form a roll.
Step 5
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with oregano.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Bake for half an hour.
