Strudel with Apples, Mango, and Pineapple
Ingredients
- Apple - 5 pieces
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Mango - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Ginger - to taste
- Cookie - 3.5 oz
- Puff Pastry - 2 lbs
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour sugar into a frying pan.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the core, peel the skin, and cut the apples into cubes, then add them to the frying pan with the sugar.
Step 3
Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core, cut it into cubes, and add it to the apples. Then add the mango (do the same as with the apples, just remove the pit). If there is not enough juice, add about 75–100 ml of water (3–4 tablespoons).
Step 4
Add peeled ginger root to taste.
Step 5
Then add 50 g of butter and cinnamon to taste.
Step 6
After that, on a piece of parchment paper lightly dusted with flour, roll out the dough thinly (store-bought is for the lazy).
Step 7
Brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Then evenly distribute the filling over the dough, leaving about 10 cm on one side without filling.
Step 9
Then start rolling it into a log, using the parchment paper to help.
Step 10
Place it on a baking sheet (seam side down) and brush with beaten egg.
Step 11
Put it in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 40 minutes.
Step 12
After cooking, cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
