Ingredients
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Puff Pastry - 7.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the green tops, and cut the berries into quarters.
Step 2
Combine the strawberries with the pre-soaked raisins, add sugar and cinnamon. Stir in the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a thin layer.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place the prepared filling for the strudel onto the rolled-out sheet of dough. Roll the dough into a log, brush it with egg yolk, and place the strudel on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with whipped cream.
